When you contact us or arrange a transaction or service, we may receive your name, email, phone number, billing or delivery address, item and invoice references, correspondence and fulfillment details. Please provide only the information needed for your inquiry or service.

Squarespace hosts this website. The site and its service providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, referring pages, cookies and similar technologies. Images and other content delivered by external providers may also involve requests to those providers, including technical information such as your IP address.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide item or service details, arrange packing, shipping and pickup, maintain transaction and business records, support customers, protect against misuse, comply with applicable obligations and understand or improve the website where permitted and consistent with your choices.

Payments & other platforms

Current online auction-item payments are processed through LiveAuctioneers’ payment processor. Separately invoiced packing and shipping charges may be paid through our Bank of America POS terminal. Those platforms and payment providers process information under their own privacy and security policies. This informational website does not currently offer a Cape bidder account or card-entry checkout.

Do not email full payment card numbers, card security codes, card photographs or passwords. We may keep ordinary invoice and payment-status records needed to administer a transaction, but card details should be submitted only through the designated payment process.

Service providers & disclosures

Information may be shared as needed with our website hosting and content-delivery providers, communication providers, payment and marketplace providers, packing or delivery providers, professional advisers, and authorities where law requires or permits it. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations under their applicable arrangements. External platforms operate under their own terms and policies.
